Three students from the College of Science and Technology (CST) of Guimaras State University (GSU) officially departed for Bogor, Indonesia, on May 25, 2025, to participate in the Mobility Program at Universitas Pakuan (UNPAK). The exchange program will run from May 25 to June 20, 2025, offering participants valuable cross-cultural and academic exposure.
The student delegates — Maria Lea Gatungay, Adrian Michael Silvestre, and Guima Arra Ganancial — are accompanied by Dr. Renier Jun Alminaza, CST faculty representative, who will serve as their mentor and guide throughout the program.
The initiative is part of GSU’s internationalization efforts, aiming to broaden students’ academic horizons, foster intercultural understanding, and provide firsthand experience of educational systems abroad. Through this engagement, participants are expected to gain insights that will enhance their personal growth, professional development, and global competence.
