On August 29, 2025, the College of Science and Technology (CST) at Guimaras State University–Mosqueda Campus successfully conducted its 1st General Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) Meeting for Academic Year 2025–2026 at the GSU Mosqueda Campus Conference Hall.






The meeting, led by CST Dean Prof. Adrian J. Forca, gathered parents, faculty, and staff to strengthen collaboration between the college and the stakeholders in support of students’ academic growth and development.
During the assembly, key matters were discussed, including the CST PTA Accomplishment Report for AY 2024–2025, a reaffirmation of the university’s Vision, Mission, Goals, Objectives, and Quality Policy, as well as updates on CMO 63 compliance. The meeting also tackled the Policies, Standards, and Guidelines of the programs under the college, namely: BLIS, BSCS, BSEMC, BSIS, and BSIT.



Parents were also informed on the academic status of their students, updates on the student uniform policy, and future activities such as the proposed student immersion in Cebu City and the Student Exchange Program scheduled for November 2025 and March 2026, along with the introductions of GSU’s partner universities.
Other important concerns included PTA fees, and various academic-related matters were also raised and discussed during the meeting.

A highlight of the event was the Election of PTA Officers for AY 2025–2026, where the following were formally elected:
