Guimaras State University (GSU) conducted a Coastal Clean-Up Activity on December 17, 2025, at Cabano, San Lorenzo, Guimaras, as part of the University’s commitment to environmental protection and community engagement.
The activity was attended by all permanent personnel of GSU, who actively participated in cleaning the coastal area by collecting waste and debris along the shoreline. The initiative aimed to promote environmental awareness, encourage responsible waste management, and help preserve the natural beauty of the coastal community.
Through the collective efforts of the participants, the coastal clean-up not only improved the condition of the shoreline but also strengthened camaraderie and shared responsibility among university employees toward environmental stewardship.
