The College of Science and Technology (CST)  conducted a meeting with the parents and guardians of 4th year CST students on December 18, 2025, at the GSU Mosqueda Conference Hall. The meeting was presided over by the CST Dean, Prof. Adrian J. Forca.

The meeting focused on key academic and institutional matters concerning the graduating students. One of the primary agenda was the finalization of the Pinning Ceremony scheduled on January 16, 2026. The Dean discussed the proposed venue and addressed questions and concerns raised by parents and guardians.

Another important topic discussed was the possible expenses for the Pinning Ceremony, which include food, On-the-Job Training (OJT) uniforms, nameplates, and venue setup. These were presented to ensure transparency and to keep parents and guardians well-informed.

The agenda also covered UBIQUITY 2026, the 2nd Student Research Colloquium slated for May 2026, which aims to showcase student research outputs and promote a culture of research and innovation within the college.

Other matters related to the academic progress and upcoming activities of the 4th year CST students were likewise discussed.
