The Supply Office of Guimaras State University (GSU) conducted its annual inventory of the College of Science and Technology’s (CST) assets on September 11, 2025, at the CST Building, GSU Mosqueda Campus.
Led by the Supply Office personnel, the activity was carried out to account for, assess, and verify all physical resources and property assigned to the college. This annual practice ensures that the university maintains accurate records of its assets and complies with property management standards.
During the inventory, personnel systematically checked, recorded, and tagged all assets within classrooms, laboratories, offices, and other facilities of CST. The process involved confirming the condition and availability of each item, as well as identifying those that may require repair, replacement, or disposal.
This serves as a measure to safeguard government property and guarantee that all assets are being utilized efficiently in support of academic operations.
Through this initiative, the university reaffirms its commitment to responsible resource management while continuously supporting the needs of the College of Science and Technology in delivering quality education and services.
