The College of Science and Technology (CST) of Guimaras State University conducted its General Faculty and Staff Meeting on September 12, 2025, at the CST Building, Mosqueda Campus. The gathering was attended by all CST faculty and staff as part of the college’s continuing efforts to prepare for Academic Year 2025–2026.
Presided over by the College Dean, Prof. Adrian J. Forca, the meeting centered on vital agendas, including the delivery of academic services, preparation for the upcoming Level 1 Accreditation Survey Visit in November, and addressing academic, facility, and student concerns. Also discussed were matters related to the delivery of instructions and the use of standard forms to ensure consistency and efficiency across academic and administrative operations.
He also presented and reaffirmed the University’s Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO), which underscores and emphasizes CST’s commitment to aligning its programs and services with the institution’s core principles. By upholding the VMGO, CST continues to strengthen its pursuit of academic excellence, responsive service, and holistic student development.
The meeting served as a platform for open communication and collaboration, ensuring that the entire CST community is united and well-prepared for the academic year ahead.
