Four students from the College of Science and Technology became beneficiaries of financial assistance for their participation in the Guimaras State University and Institut Pertanian Bogor University Student Exchange Program.
Each fourth-year student from the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program—namely, Bless LJ T. Brito, Jayson Von B. Gagatam, Vanny L. Ehmke, and Rolyn Sean C. Dellavan—received a financial grant of 15,000 pesos.
Dr. Lilian Diana B. Parreño, University President, and Mrs. Hazel D. Jarangue, Administrative Office V/Cashier, presented the cheques to the students, while College Dean Prof. Adrian Forca witnessed the ceremony.
Students in the program traveled to Indonesia from November 10, 2024, to December 7, 2024, initially funding their trip independently.
