UNPAK Welcomes GSU-CST Students

Universitas Pakuan (UNPAK) in Bogor, Indonesia, warmly welcomed delegates from Guimaras State University – College of Science and Technology (GSU-CST) through a formal courtesy call held on May 26, 2025, marking the official start of the international student exchange program.

GSU student participants — Maria Lea Gatungay, Adrian Michael Silvestre, and Guima Arra Ganancial — were accompanied by Dr. Renier Jun Alminaza, CST faculty representative. The visit formally introduced the delegates to UNPAK officials, faculty, and staff while initiating academic and cultural engagement.

Warm remarks were delivered by Dr. Asep Denih, S.Kom., M.Sc., Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Sciences at Universitas Pakuan, expressing his delight in welcoming the students and emphasizing the importance of international cooperation in shaping globally competent graduates.

UNPAK administrators expressed enthusiasm in hosting the students, highlighting the value of cross-border collaboration and global academic mobility. This exchange, scheduled from May 25 to June 20, 2025, aims to immerse students in innovative learning systems, cultural diversity, and international research practices.
