The College of Science and Technology conducted a virtual meeting with the Batch 4 Internationalization program participants and their parents on September 19, 2025, via Google Meet. The meeting was presided over by CST Dean, Prof. Adrian J. Forca, and was attended by the four student participants along with their parents.

Also present during the meeting were Instr. Alfred John Borreros, Internationalization (IZN) Coordinator, and Instr. Loveson Gallos, BSIS Program Head, who will accompany the students during their exchange program in Indonesia.

The session aimed to discuss the upcoming Student Exchange Program in partnership with Universitas Muhammadiyah Pontianak (UMP), Indonesia. Dean Forca outlined the objectives of the exchange program, preparations needed before departure, and the opportunities it will provide for the students in terms of academic growth, cultural immersion, and global exposure.

Parents were also given the chance to raise questions and express their concerns regarding the program. The discussion addressed important matters such as travel arrangements, safety measures, cultural adjustments, and academic responsibilities of the participants while abroad.

The meeting became a platform to enrich collaboration between CST, the student participants, and their families to ensure a well-prepared and successful student exchange journey.
