Effective April 7, 2026 until further notice.
In view of the increasing heat index and in consideration of the health and safety of all students and personnel, the University hereby implements the following class arrangements:
- This order shall be automatically enforced whenever the heat index reaches 40°C and above.
- All classes scheduled in the morning shall continue to be conducted face-to-face.
- All classes from 12:00 noon onwards shall shift to virtual/online mode.
- All faculty members are required ti report to the University and conduct their online classes from their respective offices or designated workspaces.
- Students are advised to attend their afternoon classes remotely from their homes or boarding houses.
All concerned are enjoined to strictly comply with this directive to ensure continuity of instruction while safeguarding health and well-being.
