On August 27, 2025, Guimaras State University hosted a Quality Assurance (QA) Training Workshop at the Agri Eco Convention Hall, GSU Main Campus, focused on Program Compliance Review and Writeshop for the enhancement of Program Accreditation Documentation. The event was headed by Quality Assurance Director, Dr. Methuselah C. Perrocha, and was attended by the university’s key officials and faculty members, including representatives from the College of Science and Technology (CST), all united in a shared goal of enhancing the institution’s academic quality and operational efficiency.
During the workshop, a presentation of Compliance and Accomplishments for the upcoming 1st Survey Visit was also delivered, including the BSCS (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science) and BSIS (Bachelor of Science in Information Science) Programs.
This two-day QA Training Workshop at GSU was an important step in reinforcing the university’s commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards across all aspects of its operations, upholding GSU’s academic integrity and performance.
