Guimaras State University – Mosqueda Campus attended the 2025 ILCDB Partner Summit held on December 04, 2025 at Hotel Del Rio, Iloilo City, organized by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) – ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) Region 6. The summit carried the theme “Walang Iwanan sa Digital Bayanihan,” emphasizing unified efforts in driving digital literacy and competency across the country.
Representing GSU Mosqueda Campus were Dr. Kert D. Pillora, Director of Mosqueda Campus and Instr. James Ryan B. Ga, BSEMC Program Head. The DICT invited leaders and ICT advocates to take part in discussions, collaboration, and partnership-building for continuous digital development in government sectors and academic institutions.
During the summit, Dr. Pillora and Instr. Ga represented GSU Mosqueda Campus with pride and commitment, strengthening the university’s engagement in nation-building through ICT empowerment. A remarkable highlight of the event was the presentation of a Plaque of Appreciation to GSU Mosqueda Campus, recognizing its commitment and contribution to ICT capacity-building initiatives.
Affirming the university’s advocacy for technology-driven progress, Dr. Pillora also signed the pledge for a digitally empowered nation, joining other leaders and institutions in supporting DICT’s mission to promote inclusive digital growth and development across communities.
The 2025 ILCDB Partner Summit served as a convergence space for experts, innovators, and institutions working towards a digitally inclusive Philippines.
