The Guimaras State University informs all students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders that, pursuant to Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114, Series of 2026, dated March 6, 2026, the University will implement the following interim operational arrangements across all campuses effective March 9, 2026:
All University office personnel shall report on-site from Monday to Thursday only. Work in the Administrative Division shall commence at 7:30 AM and end at 6:30 PM.
Administrative personnel who are also engaged in part-time teaching shall be entitled to a 15-minute time off only, and their scheduled classes shall likewise be conducted through online modality.
Classes from Monday to Thursday shall proceed as regular classes following the approved class schedule.
Classes scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays shall be conducted online through appropriate virtual modalities until further notice.
Security personnel shall continue to perform their duties in accordance with their prescribed and approved work schedule.
Further details and internal implementation guidelines will be issued through an official University Memorandum.
