In consideration of operational requirements and in observance of the Lenten Season, all administrative staff are hereby directed to adopt a temporary eight-hour work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on March 30, 31, and April 1, 2026. Faculty members shall continue to follow their regular class and work schedules.
Moreover, please note that on April 1, 2026 (Wednesday), office operations shall conclude at 12:00 noon to allow all University personnel sufficient time for travel to their respective places, in preparation for personal reflection during the Lenten Season.
After the said period, the work schedule will resume in accordance with the approved University guidelines pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, Series of 2026 of the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines.
