In celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA), the Guimaras State University (GSU) Mosqueda Campus personnel gathered on September 14, 2026, after the flag raising ceremony to sign the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Lingkod Bayani Commitment Wall, formally reaffirming their dedication to quality service, integrity, and accountability.
The ceremonial signing was led by GSU Mosqueda Campus Director, Dr. Kert D. Pillora, followed by campus office heads and permanent faculty and staff. By affixing their signatures to the commitment wall, the Mosqueda campus workforce demonstrated a unified pledge to serve the university and the public with honor, excellence, and utmost dedication.
The activity aligns with this year’s PCSA theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan,” which highlights the essential role of public servants as everyday heroes in nation-building.
The Lingkod Bayani Commitment Wall is an official initiative established under CSC Memorandum Circular No. 08, s. 2026. Designed as a nationwide call to action across government agencies, the wall serves as a visual and symbolic pledge where public servants formally declare their allegiance to ethical governance, high standards of administrative performance, and student-centered public service.
Through this initiative, GSU Mosqueda Campus continues to strengthen its culture of accountability, ensuring that its administrative and academic operations uphold the highest ideals of the Philippine civil service.
